1. Scope of Services

PR Invisible Grill provides on-site measurement, material supply, and professional installation of stainless steel (SS 316) invisible safety grills for residential balconies, windows, staircases, and open residential voids in Bengaluru and surrounding areas.

2. Quotations & Site Measurements

Estimates generated via our online price calculator or initial phone consultations are provisional approximations based on standard parameters. The final binding quotation is provided after a physical laser measurement by our technician, accounting for actual wall structure, fixing anchor depth, curve contours, and selected cable spacing (2-inch or 3-inch).

3. Customer Responsibilities & Society Approvals

• The property owner or tenant is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or gate passes from their Apartment Owners Association (RWA) or building society management prior to the scheduled installation.
• The client must provide adequate electrical power access for drilling and tensioning equipment during the installation window.
• A responsible adult must be present at the premises during installation and for final inspection upon completion.

4. 5-Year Warranty Terms

PR Invisible Grill provides a 5-year replacement warranty covering SS 316 cable corrosion/rusting and structural aluminum track defect under normal residential atmospheric exposure in Bengaluru.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover intentional cutting, vandalism, unauthorized dismantling, damage caused by third-party civil work, or extreme structural building movement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon confirmation of the work order. Final balance payment is due immediately upon completion of installation and satisfactory inspection handover.
